Refundable

Haven't we started on your project yet? You can have your money back in full, minus a 5% processing charge.

Already underway and you'd like to pause or cancel? You'll be refunded for whatever portion of the work remains untouched, and we'll hand over everything finished up to that point.

Not refundable

Once a deliverable is finished — a copyedited manuscript, completed cover design, typeset interior, or printed books — it falls outside our refund terms. That said, it's fully protected by our 100% satisfaction guarantee at /guarantee, so we'll keep refining it until it's right.

Costs we've already settled with outside partners on your behalf — such as ISBN registration, distribution onboarding fees, or printing on orders that have already gone out — can't be returned, because that money has already left our hands.

Process

Send a note to info@launchpadbooks.com including your project reference and the details of what you'd like refunded. Within 3 business days we'll reply with a transparent breakdown of the eligible amount and when you can expect it.

Once approved, refunds land back on your original payment method within 7 business days.

Printed copies

Did a printed book turn up damaged, misprinted, or badly bound? We'll replace or refund the affected copies at no cost — just let us know within 14 days of delivery and include photos.
