• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers on our servers
• Communication history: Messages exchanged via WhatsApp, email, live chat, and other channels

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and deliver our publishing services

Data Security

Manuscripts are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC with unique encryption keys. All communication is logged securely. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.

Data Retention

Manuscripts are deleted from our servers 90 days after project completion. You will be notified 7 days before deletion. Account and communication records are retained for business and legal purposes.
