I specialize in enabling engineering enterprises to establish remote Project Management Offices (PMOs) and fostering diverse, high-performing teams. My father was a draughtsman and my mother is a stay-at-home parent. I cruised through a boatload of struggle since my childhood and lost almost 15 years of my life and professional career to a mediocre mentality.
